About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on www.raahpk.com, operated by RAAH, Karachi, Pakistan. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

Orders and acceptance

An order is confirmed only after RAAH verifies it. We may contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch — especially for Cash on Delivery orders.

RAAH may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, an unreachable or unverifiable customer, or a delivery area our couriers do not cover. If an order is cancelled after any advance payment, the amount will be refunded.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the product only; delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you place the order. Prices and availability can change without notice, but changes never affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across Pakistan. COD orders remain in processing until payment collection is confirmed. Where bank transfer or other methods are offered, dispatch happens after the payment is verified.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, strikes, weather, or events outside our control can extend them. Please provide a complete address and keep your phone reachable; repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us.

Exchanges and returns

Exchanges are handled for unworn products in their original packaging, subject to stock availability and confirmation by RAAH support. Contact us before sending anything back so we can coordinate the exchange or pickup. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.

Products

We photograph products as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly depending on your screen. Minor variations in print placement are part of how graphic apparel is produced and are not defects.

Intellectual property

All RAAH branding, logos, product designs, photography, and site content belong to RAAH and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAAH's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Pakistan.
