About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed on www.raahpk.com, operated by RAAH, Karachi, Pakistan. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

Orders and acceptance

An order is confirmed only after RAAH verifies it. We may contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details before dispatch.

RAAH may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, an unreachable or unverifiable customer, or a delivery area our couriers do not cover. If an order is cancelled after any advance payment, the amount will be refunded.

Pricing

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include the product only; delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you place the order. Prices and availability can change without notice, but changes never affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payment

All orders are paid in advance by bank transfer to Meezan Bank or by JazzCash; the account details are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available. At checkout you enter the transaction ID and upload the payment screenshot; an order is confirmed only after we verify the payment.

Orders are dispatched once the payment is confirmed; unpaid orders may be cancelled after 48 hours. If a paid order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, the full amount is refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method or by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation and delivered within 3–7 working days depending on the city. Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, strikes, weather, or events outside our control can extend them. Please provide a complete address and keep your phone reachable; repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to us.

Exchanges and returns

Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed products in their original packaging with tags attached, subject to stock availability; the delivery charge for a size exchange is paid by the customer. Damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 7 days of delivery are replaced at no cost, or refunded in full if a replacement is not available. Refunds are not given for a change of mind. Contact us before sending anything back.

Products

We photograph products as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly depending on your screen. Minor variations in print placement are part of how graphic apparel is produced and are not defects.

Intellectual property

All RAAH branding, logos, product designs, photography, and site content belong to RAAH and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAAH's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of Pakistan.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
