Delivery
RAAH is prepared for nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Final delivery rates and timelines are confirmed during checkout or order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery
COD orders are confirmed before dispatch. Orders stay in processing until payment collection is confirmed.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are available for unworn products in original packaging. Message RAAH support within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Returns
Returns are handled through our exchange process. If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or in the wrong size, contact RAAH support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and we will coordinate an exchange or pickup. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
