Shacket, flannel shirt and coach jacket in Pakistan

By · Updated 4 November 2026 · 5 min read

A young man in an open maroon and black check flannel shacket over a white oversized tee with cargo pants leaning on a motorbike in Lahore

A shacket is a thick shirt-cut jacket, a flannel is a brushed cotton check shirt, and a coach jacket is a light nylon snap-front jacket. In Pakistan flannel shirts cost about Rs. 2,000 to 4,500, shackets about Rs. 3,000 to 7,000 and coach jackets about Rs. 3,000 to 6,000. All three are best worn open over a heavy oversized tee, which makes them ideal for Karachi winters and autumn in the north.

Not every winter day needs a jacket. For most of a Karachi winter, and for October and March up north, a light layer over a tee is enough. These three are the streetwear favourites. For heavier jackets see bomber jacket for men Pakistan and denim jacket for men Pakistan.
